Just some things I’ve overheard here and there at MIPA-Palooza.

"Can you imagine any cool magazine in 2014 using that font? No. Okay, I can't even look at it anymore," said C.E. Sikkenga while teaching the Taking Your Newspaper to the Edge class about the importance of modern fonts.

“Sometimes, it’s not enough to just step outside the box. You just have to get rid of the box,” says C.E. Sikkenga when helping a student with newspaper design in ‘Taking Your Newspaper to the Edge’.
