As MIPA 2011 reaches its end, the students in the InDesign classes are still going strong and working hard.
“We’re designing a newspaper page about the Lansing Derby Vixens,” Makayla Putnam from Laingsburg High School said.
Adviser Jeremy Van Hof said he continues to be wowed by his students.
“They’re moving really fast and getting a lot done,” Van Hof said. “Some are working on their fifth page.”
Down the hall in the Advanced InDesign class, the kids gave presentations.
“We all created three drafts of our front pages and we’re presenting them and critiquing them,” Alex Parker from Grosse Point South High School said.
According to adviser Jim Woehrle, his students have also achieved a lot this week. By Camille King / Upstart Staff
