Feature Coverage students complete team storytelling packages

The Feature Coverage class completed a team storytelling exercise on July 31 during the afternoon session of the MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop. Feature Coverage students practice before writing in-depth stories

During the first class sessions of MIPA 2018, students began learning the basics of writing good feature stories and how to become good interviewers. Feature Coverage class works on short profiles, longer stories

Kicking off camp with a new way to create personality profiles using Instagram, the students in the Feature Coverage class will soon venture into writing more in-depth stories. Conversations lead to personality profiles in Feature Coverage class

The Feature Coverage class was given an assignment to write a 300 word personality profile on another student in the class.
