Advanced Yearbook Design instructor Lydia Cardena describes why theme is so important for a successful yearbook. Students also discuss their themes for their upcoming yearbooks and what they believe defines a good theme.
Katie is the Editor-in-Chief of the Springfield High School newspaper, the Senator, in Springfield, IL. As a senior, this is her second year as Editor-in-Chief. She plans on continuing with journalism after high school. When she isn't writing, Katie enjoys being a trash vegan, reading, playing tennis, hanging out with her #SQUAD and listening to Simon and Garfunkel in addition to Bavarian rap.
